By accessing Subeezy, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service, which is an agreement between Subeezy and you, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms of Services, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. Subeezy may revise these Terms of Service at any time and without notice. By using this Site and/or Services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

Communication: When accessing the Sites or Services, you agree to receive communications from Subeezy electronically, including emails and notices posted to the Site. If you provide Subeezy with a telephone number, you agree that Subeezy may contact you about the Services and other opportunities via telephone and/or text message. Standard messaging, data, and other fees may be charged by your carrier.

Payment and Fees: You agree to make full payment for Services in the amount(s) listed in your shopping cart or checkout, presented at account registration, emailed as an Order Confirmation, or communicated by representatives. Standard shipping and handling charges apply. You will be entitled to receive the Service only during the subscription period specified by your registration and payment confirmation. You agree to pay Company the fee specified at the registration form. Fees are paid in advance for the subscription period and a valid credit card or other acceptable electronic payment method is required. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in written communication from a Company representative. Purchases may be subject to taxes. You are responsible for paying all such taxes.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Guarantees: By registering, you understand and agree that you are registering for the Subeezy Services “as is.” Subeezy does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy of the content or the completeness of the Services. Subeezy, its representatives, and its affiliates make no warranty that the Services will meet your needs or expectations, will be uninterrupted, will be secure or error-free, or that any errors will be corrected or updated. There are no refunds or money back guarantees once you have registered and paid for an account. Subeezy does not promise or guarantee any outcome, including performance on examinations, and is solely an opportunity to achieve your desired outcome(s). Subeezy does not promise or guarantee your acceptance to any program or school, score or passage of any examination, or any other outcome. Under no circumstances will Subeezy be responsible for any loss or damage, including any personal injury or death, resulting from anyone’s use of the Site or the Service or third-party applications posted on or through the Site.

Maintenance: Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. Subeezy is not responsible for any error, delay in operation, or interruption of your use of Services.
Intellectual Property: All Services and Sites are owned and operated by Subeezy LLC. Services are intended for your personal and non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, modify, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Services or access to the Services. You may not download, screenshot, or record any content. You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape or datamine the Sites and/or Services. You may not enroll in or utilize any Services for the benefit of any competitor of Subeezy. The logos, designs, trademarks, service marks displayed on the Sites and Services are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Subeezy LLC or its owner and may not be imitated or used, in whole or in part, without written permission from Subeezy LLC. Any third party products, including the names of standardized tests, are owned by such third parties and their respective licensors.

User Content: You represent, warrant and agree that no materials of any kind uploaded, submitted, posted, transmitted, or shared by you and/or your account will violate or infringe upon the rights of Subeezy or any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or proprietary rights. Furthermore, you agree any posts, photos, profiles, messages, or text (collectively, “Post”) shared by you and/or your account will not contain any libelous, defamatory, or unlawful content. You are solely responsible for the Posts on or through the Service or Site and any interactions from your account with other users. You may not submit, post, transmit, or share any content that you do not have ownership of or permission to post. You understand and agree that Subeezy may, but is not obligated to, delete or remove without notice any Post or content in its sole discretion. Furthermore, you acknowledge that Subeezy may retain archived copies of any material connected to your account, whether you remove or delete the content from the Site or Services yourself.

Conduct: You agree to not upload, submit, post, transmit, or share any Posts that contain libelous, defamatory, or unlawful material. Furthermore, you agree to not submit, post, transmit, or share any Posts that would deem harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, infringing, inflammatory, hateful, racially or ethically objectionable, vulgar, or invasive of privacy or publicity rights.
